Totum Partners is collaborating with a leading law firm to recruit a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk, offering flexibility in location with occasional travel. You'll lead a team of billers and e-billers, assisting in team management and restructuring. The firn operates a hybrid working policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking lead with responsibilities in relation to all Accounts Payable tasks
  • Preparing BACS runs for approval
  • Processing and payment of monthly expense payments
  • Reconciling accounts payable ledgers
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Working with the credit controller to arrange offsets and refunds
  • Maintaining the accuracy of supplier details
  • Assisting the team with busy periods/holiday cover
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in performing full-function Accounts Payable duties in a alaw firm is essential
  • Experience in working multi-currency environment
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • A genuine team player
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
