Totum Partners is collaborating with a leading law firm to recruit a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk, offering flexibility in location with occasional travel. You'll lead a team of billers and e-billers, assisting in team management and restructuring. The firn operates a hybrid working policy.
Responsibilities:
- Taking lead with responsibilities in relation to all Accounts Payable tasks
- Preparing BACS runs for approval
- Processing and payment of monthly expense payments
- Reconciling accounts payable ledgers
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Working with the credit controller to arrange offsets and refunds
- Maintaining the accuracy of supplier details
- Assisting the team with busy periods/holiday cover
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Experience in performing full-function Accounts Payable duties in a alaw firm is essential
- Experience in working multi-currency environment
- Working knowledge of Excel
- A genuine team player
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
