Responsibilities:
- Managing invoices, petty cash, and payments
- Liaising with suppliers on a monthly basis
- Bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Taking charge of the budget to ensure expenditures are within limits
Requirements:
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Expertise in Xero and advanced Excel skills
- AAT qualification would be advantageous
- Proactive, flexible, and confident nature
- Willingness to travel to our client's second home in the States a few times a year
