What You’ll Be Doing:

• Team up with the Production and Client teams to keep client budgets in check and estimates spot on using Paprika (yep, that’s the tool of choice, darling).
• Take charge of billing, WIP (don’t worry, it’s a good thing!), and make sure everything’s invoiced on time with zero drama.
• Reconcile project costs, revenues, and keep the financial records looking neat and tidy.
• Be the go-to person for clients’ billing questions - no problem’s too big, you’ll sort it in a jiffy!
• Help with project reviews and financial reporting that will make our clients say, "Now that’s impressive!"

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in financial ops, project accounting, or billing in a fast-paced environment (marketing, advertising, or production experience is a huge bonus).
• You know your way around WIP management, invoicing, and revenue recognition - like, you really know your stuff.
• Paprika? Yes, please! Or if you’re comfortable with other financial tools, that’ll work too.
• You’ve got analytical skills that’ll have people saying, "How does she/he do it?"
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or something equally impressive) - and if you’re ACCA, CIMA, or CPA, we’ll be swooning.
• Excel skills that could make a spreadsheet blush.
