Typical responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the Senior Business Development Managers, developing leads and creating strong sales opportunities
- Engage with potential clients via cold calling, direct messaging, and email outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying businesses that could benefit from R&D tax relief
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, tracking progress in CRM, Pipedrive
- Nurture long-term relationships with prospects to develop future sales opportunities
- Support in closing deals, learning from experienced Senior Business Development Managers
- Report on activity and sales progress to the wider team
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a Business Development role within the R&D Tax Credits industry.
- R&D Tax Credits experience is essential.
- Comfortable in a target-driven setting.
- A natural communicator.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales outreach tools.
- Ability to work remotely though a hybrid setup is desirable.
