Typical responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the Senior Business Development Managers, developing leads and creating strong sales opportunities
  • Engage with potential clients via cold calling, direct messaging, and email outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying businesses that could benefit from R&D tax relief
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, tracking progress in CRM, Pipedrive
  • Nurture long-term relationships with prospects to develop future sales opportunities
  • Support in closing deals, learning from experienced Senior Business Development Managers
  • Report on activity and sales progress to the wider team

 Requirements:

  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a Business Development role within the R&D Tax Credits industry.
  • R&D Tax Credits experience is essential.
  • Comfortable in a target-driven setting.
  • A natural communicator.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales outreach tools.
  • Ability to work remotely though a hybrid setup is desirable.
