This is a cross-channel role that primarily requires experience in Paid Search and Paid Social. Training and support will be provided for any channels where you lack extensive experience.

  • Line manage a Senior Account Executive, overseeing their training, development, and output quality.
  • Take ownership of client communications, including weekly calls, monthly meetings, and email correspondence.
  • Collaborate closely with a Client Services Team to align digital strategies with broader marketing efforts.

The organization provides a structured framework for campaign monitoring, optimization, and finance processes.

Training and Development:

  • The company places a strong emphasis on professional growth, offering personalized development plans reviewed biannually.
  • Training opportunities include internal knowledge-sharing sessions, external courses (e.g., industry certifications), and partner training programs.

Additional Opportunities:

  • Contribute to upselling services to existing clients and support new business pitches.
  • Become a department champion by sharing expertise, organizing training sessions, and liaising with key partners.

Key Team Members:

  • Leadership includes senior team members responsible for digital strategy and operations.
