Sales Development Representative

This will initially be on fixed term contract but may have the opportunity to go permanent.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities through cold outreach and developing relationships with potential clients as well as furthering relationships with existing clients. You will utilize a variety of tools such as Lusha, Clay, LinkedIn, and more to identify leads, initiate contact, and book meetings for the senior leadership team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outreach via email, phone, and social media to identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Leverage tools such as Lusha, Clay, LinkedIn, and others to generate leads and build prospect lists.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Reuben Sinclair’s recruitment services and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize lead generation.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales staff to close.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead generation targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar sales role, with a track record of success in lead generation and cold outreach.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over email, phone, and social media.
  • An understanding of recruitment and how the industry operates 
  • Experience using sales and lead generation tools such as Lusha, Clay, LinkedIn, and others is a plus.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team
