As a Business Development Representative, you’ll work closely with the Sales Director to spearhead outreach strategies that drive engagement and deliver measurable growth for the agency. You’ll be at the forefront of digital outreach, identifying potential clients and building high-quality opportunities. This role also involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimize results.
This role is a key part of the business development team, allowing you to handle a variety of tasks such as client outreach, lead generation, campaign analysis, and strategic planning, all while supporting the agency’s growth goals with measurable results.
The position offers a competitive salary up to £45,000, plus uncapped commission, 28 days annual leave, health insurance, and a personal training budget to further your career.
