A leading global investment bank is seeking a Liquidity Reporting Business Analyst to join their dynamic team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to steer the delivery of Investment Governance projects involving liquidity reporting improvements. The successful candidate will be part of a team that is a subject matter expert in PRA regulations and risk reporting, playing a key role in transforming the company's liquidity systems and processes as part of a strategic change.

Your Role:

As a Liquidity Reporting Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of driving change within the organisation. Your role will involve steering the completion of business requirements gathering and driving process improvement agenda for the function. You will work closely with peers in the team, particularly Global process managers for Liquidity, IRRBB, FTP and Capital reporting. Your ability to develop solid understanding of the Group's businesses and products will be crucial in how they impact regulatory metrics, reporting and associated controls.

  • Drive change and transformation across internal and external liquidity reporting processes.
  • Deliver reporting solutions with complete end-to-end validation performed on testing results to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Interpret regulatory reporting knowledge on PRA, EBA and Basel.
  • Lead business requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Implement process improvement and optimisation opportunities.
  • Develop effective data management framework and conduct data analysis.
  • Manage stakeholders across Liquidity, Project, and Change teams.
  • Collaborate with Change team to optimise change delivery through review of testing strategy and approach to UAT / UVT.
  • Conduct team development and training.
  • Monitor quality standards and future planning through formal monthly management meetings with Technology and Change covering all reporting workstreams.
