Job Title: Redress and Remediation Support Analyst Location: Remote (UK-based) Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension) Pay Rate: £300 - £350 per day (Inside IR35) Start Date: ASAPMorson Talent is delighted to be partnering with our client to recruit several experienced Redress Support Analysts for an important 6-month project, with strong potential for extension. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your remediation and redress expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You'll be contributing to meaningful work, supporting the fair and efficient resolution of financial claims as part of a wider remediation programme. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support various stages in the lifecycle of redress claims, from eligibility assessment through to investigation and resolution.
  • Conduct thorough and timely investigations to support accurate decision-making.
  • Analyse and interpret case data to identify patterns, trends, and root causes.
  • Provide clear and well-documented insights via written reports and verbal updates.
  • Collaborate with team leads and other stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
  • Utilise your Excel and Microsoft 365 skills, including SharePoint, to manage and analyse complex datasets.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience working in a remediation or redress-focused role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience working in fast-paced project or remediation environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
