I have a great opportunity for an Assistant Manager within Transfer Pricing to join my client's team in the London office. This is an opportunity for a talented individual to support the continual growth of the Transfer Pricing service line. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing top-quality deliverables for the existing clients across their offices and help guide and train junior team members.
The Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager will provide a positive contribution to the development of the firm resulting in continually growing a team and top line revenues by active promotion of this specialist service line.

Here's what you'll be doing:
- Research and analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on the client's business, transfer pricing issues, regulations, and market trends to support client engagements.
- Data analysis: Assist with the collection and analysis of financial data to support transfer pricing analysis.
- Economic analysis: Using databases and AI enabled software tool, you will perform and review benchmarking analyses to evaluate and support transfer pricing strategies.
- Documentation and compliance: Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation reports in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Client engagement: Collaborate with senior team members to support in client meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to client deliverables.
- Project management: Manage tasks within assigned projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Guide team: guide and train junior team members of the TP team to build and nurture talents
- Collaboration across the Firm and across geographies: Work closely with cross-functional teams within the Firm and with their counterparts in other countries in the HLB network to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
What I am Looking For:
- A detail-oriented professional with a postgraduate degree in economics, tax, accounting, business, or law (or CA/CTA/ACA qualified).
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and great time management and organisational skills.
- At least 2 years of transfer pricing experience in a UK professional services firm, you'll be involved in economic analysis (benchmarking), writing TP deliverables (Local File, Master File, planning memos), and client engagements.
- Some travel between UK offices and client sites will be required.
