Ideally you will be based within the M25 and be happy travelling to sites across London 

You will be working as an Area Manager for an established cleaning contractor that are based in in London and operate nationally and are looking for someone to manage 40 sites in the London area which are a mixture of Retail and Commercial 

Ideally you will have experience managing blue chips client and you will manage your own diary but will be expected to attend sites regularly to ensure standards are being met and service levels are met. One of your key responsibilities will be ensuring that your contracts are managed sufficiently with little escalation or intervention needed and managing the team effectively to ensure standards are being met

Your Role

  • Responsibility for contract /cleaner performance to achieve and exceed contract SLA and KPI
  • Control Labour and materials expenditure and ensure deliveries within agreed budget limits.
  • Client Relationship management with key focus on service delivery, retention, and contract growth
  • Responsible for managing financial budgets 
  • Attend training and meetings as required.                                 
  • Implementation of all company policies and procedures 
  • Site visits. In line with client contractual requirement,
  • Provide a key interface between on-site client and the contracted service providers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Any other ad hoc duties and tasks required

About you

  • Experience of managing multiple cleaning sites & contracts at Operations Manager level 
  • Ability to liaise and work professionally with clients and staff
  • Experience of motivating, managing and leading cleaning teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK Driving licence

You will need to be based within M25
