The Role of Assistant General Manager (AGM):
- Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding service experience.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a large venue (£60k+ turnover).
- A background in high-quality hospitality where both the bar and kitchen deliver excellence.
- Fantastic people skills, with a passion for leading, training, and motivating a large team.
- A love for great food and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- A track record of boosting sales and driving growth.
