The Assistant General Manager will play a critical role in the leadership team, supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving exceptional customer service for a high-volume, luxury dining establishment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership:

    • Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficiency, high standards, and smooth service.

    • Work with the General Manager to implement strategies for customer retention, repeat business, and optimal operational performance.
  • Team Management and Development:
