This role is on a 3 day a week basis with flexibility how this is worked, hybrid, City of London base with some travel to other regional office.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Executive Committee and facilitate strategic planning.
- Ensure effective governance and implement performance management.
- Manage core service lines and build strong relationships with partners.
- Oversee critical outsourced functions and lead a high-performing team.
- Maintain financial health and ensure legal compliance.

- Executive Committee, Board, Partners, and Suppliers.
Performance Metrics
- Delivering the Business Plan, employee retention, and regulatory compliance.
Role Requirements
- Extensive senior-level business management experience.
- Proven track record in overseeing HR, finance, and communications.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
