Are you ready to step into a dynamic Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator role and join our client in the Asset Management industry? In this role, you'll be tasked with evaluating candidate applications, analysing video interviews, supporting in-person interviews, and managing assessment centres. The perfect fit for this position will possess exceptional communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for guiding promising individuals in their career journeys.

What you will do:

  • Conduct interviews as necessary while ensuring a pleasant and professional experience for candidates.
  • Analyse and assess candidate applications, such as resumes and supplementary documents, to find suitable candidates for our summer internship roles.
  • Review video interviews and deliver feedback to maintain a fair and standardised evaluation process.
  • Oversee and organise assessment centre logistics, including arranging schedules, booking rooms, and coordinating with candidates and assessors.
  • Deliver outstanding support to all parties involved, including candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

What you will need:
