Your new companyYou will be working for a Regulator based in Canary Wharf, who are looking for a Graduate Scheme Resourcing Advisor, on a 12 month FTC. This is an exciting opportunity to support a Graduate Scheme for a high profile, Civil Service body, with 1,300 employees!The role will interview via MS Teams w/c 23rd September, to start ASAP. Please only apply if you can start in 1-2 weeks from interview. The salary is £34,841 per annum, with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and Civil Service Pension Scheme. Working hours are 37 hours per week, with hybrid working 2 days per week in the office.Your new roleReporting to the Resourcing Skills Lead, within a team of 5, duties will include;

  • Organise and coordinate the assessment centres and selection process for Graduates applying
  • Keep in regular contact with the cohort of grads who started last year, who will be starting their second year at the end of September - supporting the development of their programme and looking after their rotations etc
  • Attracting and recruiting Graduates to start in the next cohort of September 2025 (attending University Fairs, building relationships with Universities and Educational organisations, organising assessment and selection process, design and coordinating assessment centres and assessment days)
  • Supporting the Resourcing Skills Lead in attracting and hiring 50 Apprentices by the end of March - liaising with providers, sourcing etc,

What you'll need to succeedThe desired candidate will ideally have Early Careers/Graduate Recruitment experience, ideally from within the Civil Service or wider Public Sector.
