We also support them to improve their people’s health, skills and financial wellbeing.The teamAs part of the Global Early Careers Team, the UK&I Early Careers team is responsible for the attraction, selection, assessment and engagement of early careers candidates on to our structured insight, apprentice, intern and graduate programmes.We are driven by our commitment to inspire, engage and nurture the next generation of talent as they set out on their career paths. Guiding them from first click to first day.The RoleReporting to the Early Career UK&I Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the team across the whole early careers attraction, recruitment and engagement cycle. The key areas of responsibility include:Candidate Attraction •    Organising, attending and delivering virtual events as well as events on campus, in schools and WTW offices to a variety of audiences from year 12 and 13 students, to undergraduates and their influencers (careers advisors, teachers, faculty leads and parents/carers) – travel outside of your base location may be required to facilitate this. During peak season, this could require you to travel within the UK&I up to three or four days a week•    Nurturing relationships with careers advisors etc to ensure WTW is front of mind•    Managing a pool of business ambassadors – requesting volunteers for events and providing a briefing prior to the event•    Compiling data on events and their impact •    Post event follow up with attendees •    Taking photos at events to share with the Employer Brand team for use on social mediaCandidate Screening / Assessment / Management•    Supporting the lead recruiters within the team to screen applications•    Assist with the organisation of assessment centres •    Collaborate with other teams across the business to ensure that trackers and admin are up to date and accurate in real time so that the candidate experience is seamless, onboarding smooth and operational reporting accurate•    Candidate communications – to support the lead recruiters Candidate Experience / Engagement•    Help to organise webinars, in office events, newsletters and other activities and communications for offer holders •    Assisting with the set up and delivery of two insight programmes; Step up with WTW and Level up with WTW. Team Collaboration •    Team collaboration is key within Early Careers in the UK&I but also with the many other teams that support us to be able to deliver an excellent candidate experience. •    Collaboration amongst the UK&I team to establish the most efficient ways of working, ensuring that the right work is in the right location. •    Fostering positive relationships with colleagues to ensure everyone understands their role and its importance•    Contributing to global project workstreams with colleagues from across the whole early careers team. The Requirements•    Experience in a fast pace environment, ideally within early careers recruitment •    Ability to multi-task and work independently •    Strong organisational and prioritisation skills •    Exceptional client relationship skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals•    Strong communication and presentation skills•    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Our CommunityAt WTW we value diversity and are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment, enriched by our people, our clients, and the communities in which we work and live.  We operate a hybrid working environment (i.e. a mixture of working in the office and at home) and empower the team to choose their anchor days.
