Your new role

As the People Advisor, you will report into the HR Business Partner and will act as the trusted advisor for all HR related issues, delivering a high quality service. You will manage all ER cases from start to finish and advising managers and coaching on next steps and best practice. You will also assist in the recruitment process, onboarding and off boarding, HR Administration, compliance and reporting, as well as projects around HRIS implementation, EDI, Policy review and employee engagement.This role will require you to travel to sites across London and you will be responsible for managing your day independently.This is a great opportunity for a People Advisor to join a fairly new team and expand on your knowledge and experience and further develop in areas of your interest, i.e. System implementation, policies, engagement and EDI.What you'll need to succeedCIPD L3 min (or equivalent)Have managed a high volume of ER cases i.e. grievances, performance, disciplinaries etcHave experience of working in a fast-paced environment
