This friendly fast-growing business is looking for a Senior Benefits Advisor to join their small team. You will play a key role in driving global benefit and wellbeing initiatives to support the firm's mission to help everyone be their best.

You will ensure the high-quality management of the firm's global insurance policies and other benefit offerings. In addition, you will be given the opportunity to assist the Senior Reward Manager during the annual compensation cycle, pulling together internal/external data for Leadership consideration.

Working alongside the Reward Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the compensation and benefits philosophy, practice, and policy across their global offices. The Senior Benefits Advisor will play a crucial role in the delivery of global benefit reviews, benefit benchmarking, recognition, pension, and health and wellbeing initiatives. The role will report to the Reward and Benefits Manager and will have the opportunity to get involved in Reward activities. They are looking for someone with the below experience:

  • Proven experience in a benefit advisory role (preferably within a professional services firm)
  • Professional certification such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or similar (desired).
  • Strong knowledge of benefits legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in HRIS and benefits administration software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively on both strategic and operational matters.

They need someone who can be strategic, review what they currently have and help streamline processes, maintain relationships with brokers and answer queries from employees. The main project this person will be looking after is shifting to a flexible benefits platform and then maintaining this. Experience in an international firm would be advantageous as they are looking at potential other locations to expand in in the future.

This position offers hybrid working of 2-3 days in the office.
