Description

The key responsibilities of the Senior Employee Relations Advisor will be as follows:

  • Management of ER cases including disciplinary cases, employee led complaints, performance management, probation and sickness absence, in line with Trust Policy and Procedure
  • Provide sound ER advice to managers to help the effective management of staff
  • Provide impartial support and advice to employees
  • Experiences of conducting disciplinary and grievance investigations - preferably solo as the investigator

Profile

The successful Senior Employee Relations Advisor will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong Employee Relations experience in the public sector, preferably NHS
  • Experiences presenting at hearing
  • Good communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
  • High quality writing skills
  • Excellent organisational skills

Job Offer
