As Executive chefyoull be expected to have the following :
- Great management and leadership skills
- Good mentoring and training

- Understanding of Michelin level cooking techniques
- Passion for cooking up to exceptionally high standards
- Top Michelin star background
This role offers fantastic long-term career development, with opportunities to advance within the restaurant group to rotate in other establishments. The schedule is usually a 4 doubles and 3 days off, with compensation based on experience.
Michelin Star experience is a must for this position.
