Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare dishes to the highest standards
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and execute menus
- Ensure consistent quality in all food preparation and presentation
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
- Manage stock rotation and minimise waste
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Contribute creative ideas for menu development
- Uphold the prestigious culinary standards of the establishment
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a high-end establishment
- Strong culinary skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Creative approach to food preparation and presentation
- Flexible approach to working hours including evenings and weekends
- Relevant culinary qualifications
- Passion for quality ingredients and exceptional dining experiences
