Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations, upholding hygiene and food safety standards.
- Bring creative ideas to the table, supporting the Head Pastry Chef in menu development and seasonal adjustments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie, ideally in a fast paced environment/contract catering.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for pastry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and a willingness to continuously improve.
