My client is an award-winning Catering company, seeking a Sous Chef to join their growing team! This role will work along-side the Executive Chef to deliver high quality food in a variety of high-volume settings. Main Duties;
- Be a fundamental member of the team, cooking for private dining and large-scale events
- Run events independently from end to end
- Communicate with suppliers to support the Executive Chef
- Delegate kitchen tasks to the wider team
- Minimise food wastage and adhere to company health and safety policies
Requirements;
- Passion for food and hospitality industry!
- 2+ years in a leadership role, managing a variety of events or a high-volume kitchen
- Be able to support the Head Chef in all areas of the kitchen
- Have excellent understanding of running a successful kitchen and off-sight event
