Permanent Position – Full Time
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (Depending on experience) per annum + Benefits
Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join our team and deliver Michelin-quality dining experiences for local and global events weddings and private parties, as well as pop-ups . This role demands a passionate individual with a meticulous eye for detail, a commitment to culinary excellence, and the ability to curate unforgettable gastronomic experiences, from silver-service banquets to small-plate canapés and working with the worlds leading brands.
As part of our elite team, you will collaborate with the Executive and Head Chef to source the finest ingredients and ensure every dish embodies the precision and artistry synonymous with Michelin standards working out of their Central Production Unit in Battersea. Your expertise will be pivotal in creating bespoke events that consistently exceed client expectations.

Job Duties:
Assist the Head and Executive Chef in supervising and coordinating all culinary activities.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage and train kitchen staff and agency personnel as needed.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation while maintaining 5-star service standards.
Develop and implement new, seasonal menu items.
Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies.
Monitor kitchen operations and resolve any issues that arise.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in a Sous Chef or Jr Sous Role.
Skills:
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Creativity and innovation in menu planning.
A passion for creativity and sustainability
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced kitchen environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Must be able to travel when needed).
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as required.
