Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced Building Information Modelling/Asset Manager to develop a strategic roadmap for Asset Management activities throughout the entire lifecycle of facility assets.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of the UK BIM Framework, including the ISO19650 suite, and be able to develop necessary documents while ensuring compliance with data requirements.
Experience in developing and assessing 3D models and project data using industry-standard software such as Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam is essential.
The role also requires the delivery of COBie information and a clear understanding of various file formats including rvt, dwg, and ifc.
A competitive salary is offered, and applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field.

We are looking for an experienced Building Information Modelling/Asset Manager to work on a strategic roadmap for Asset Management activities addressing the full lifecycle of facility assets, ensuring a seamless end to end process.

Essential experience.

The application of the UK BIM Framework (including ISO19650 suite of documents, protocols and standards), development of required documents along with sub-sequent assurance of responses ensuring data requirements and agreed outcomes are met.
Developing and/or assessing 3D models and project associated data through all RIBA stages using industry recognised software (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam etc).
Delivering COBie information, with demonstratable understanding of the possibilities and limitations of file formats (rvt, dwg, ifc etc.).
