Do you have account management experience gained from energy broker/ consultancy?   If so, we are working with an energy consultancy who are looking for an Account Manager who will ensure clients receive the highest level of support; dealing with the account from initial setup through analysis, negotiation, processing and securing contracts, dealing with any queries, all the way through to renewal.  The Account manager will be proactive identifying strategies to enhance the services the client receives as well as ways to improve profitability from those accounts. Key Responsibilities     

  • Preparing client’s account for tendering and identifying the best strategy for pricing, ie group bargaining, flex/fixed, best suppliers to approach  
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure efficient and competitive pricing  
  • Analysing all received offers and preparing a clear and comprehensive analysis for the client  
  • Managing communication with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth transition and setup  
  • Managing all client queries to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Identify ways to add value to client’s portfolio and applying a cross sell strategy  
  • Support the growth & development of the team, including training team members 

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in the Energy Industry
  • Ability to deal with a conflict in a constructive way  
  • Good team player but able to work independently 
  • Deliver mind?blowing service   and exceed expectations
