My client is a well-established, highly regarded law firm based in London, who have enjoyed continued growth and success. They have exciting plans in place to continue their upward trajectory, and as part of these plans, they are hiring a talented BD & Marketing Manager to join their existing team, to focus on their growing Dispute Resolution practice. This firm has an impressive portfolio of clients, that includes high profile individuals, families and market leading businesses and they work on interesting, complex matters.

The BD & Marketing Manager role will be varied and interesting, working with ambitious stakeholders who are in growth mode – they are extremely engaged in BD and Marketing and the successful candidate will be able to operate as a trusted advisor to drive BD initiatives and develop marketing and BD strategies.
 The remit of this BD & Marketing Manager role will include:
- Develop and implement a marketing and business development strategy for the Dispute Resolution practice.
- Work with partners and fee earners to drive business development initiatives and enhance the practice's reputation.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns using digital, events, and thought leadership content.
- Support fee earners in building and growing relationships with key intermediaries and referral sources.
- Coordinate and provide strategic advice on pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development and marketing initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in a business development role gained in a professional services environment. Experience of working in a Dispute Resolution or Litigation team would be highly beneficial.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Client centric ethos and ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Organised with good project management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable in media, digital marketing, and martech platforms.
