About the Role

As the Client Retention Business Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of a mission to exceed client expectations and retain expanding client base across the UK. Working closely with Retention Business Sales Consultants, you'll drive success through contract renewals, upselling, and renegotiations to provide real solutions and unmatched service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, meeting with clients to discuss renewals, solutions, and opportunities for growth (at least 3 meetings per day).
  • Achieve client retention targets by renewing contracts, renegotiating terms, and handling any issues that arise.
  • Actively work with credit control to manage at-risk accounts and ensure debtors are up to date.
  • Mentor Business Sales Consultants and share your expertise to enhance team performance.
