We are delighted to be partnering with a leading professional services firm seeking a dynamic Clients and Markets Analytics Manager to join their team in a newly created role due to continued growth and success. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to shape the firm's market strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse market conditions, upcoming legislation changes, and current client activity to make recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to identify trends, strategies, and competitive insights.
  • Compile and present findings to communicate trends and tell data stories to  inform business planning and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyse data, providing commercial and strategic insights.
  • Identify new, valuable data sources and bring them to the focus of the marketing team.
  • Keep up to date with industry news and innovations, contributing ideas to maintain market leadership.
  • Utilise and liaise with outsourced research providers and the internal national research team as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing or research-related fields, preferably within professional services, research consultancy, legal, or financial services environments.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and extract key insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data products.
  • Ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and deliver strong business cases.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and statistical analysis tools is desirable.
  • An interest in and willingness to understand a wide range of markets, sectors, and regions.
