BettingJobs is excited to be working with a well-established betting company based in the UK who are seeking a Customer Growth Manager to join their team. The role of the Customer Growth Manager would involve managing the end-to-end sales process and developing existing business with a focus on the UK and European markets.This Customer Growth Manager role would be well suited to a highly motivated sales professional with an existing network within the iGaming industry. Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the end-to-end sales process.
  • Operate within the legal and regulatory framework.
  • Provide high quality and timely delivery of duties.
  • Deliver and maximise sales against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Contribute to the development strategy by identifying target markets, and within them target clients.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the relevant customer portfolio.
  • Feed-back market analysis into the wider team to make sure the competitive landscape, commercial models, and competitor price points.
  • Identify common sales roadblocks and feedback on client requirements into the product development process.
  • Maintain and deliver accurate forecasts and reports as required by management through Salesforce.
  • Work with Operations and Client Services to help deliver campaigns and then develop and grow revenue from these accounts.
  • Drive revenue generation, review and analyse performance, drive actions for improvement, and work with the Sales Director to fulfil potential.
  • Provide accurate and regular forecasts and business updates to the Sales Director for the designated client base.
  • Work effectively with all internal stakeholders throughout the customer journey.
  • Identify potential markets, and within them target clients through to initiating contact with key stakeholders.
  • Handle commercial negotiation and legal contract negotiation.
  • Seek out opportunities to improve own, divisional and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success with sales and account management.
  • An existing network of contacts and relationships within the Betting and Gaming industry is an advantage.
  • Exceptional client-relationship skills, and a proven ability to develop and grow existing customers.
  • Product & services experience essential (preferably in iGaming).
  • Team player with a positive and dynamic personality, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong planning, and organisational capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environment and to act quickly and decisively.
  • Highly motivated and a strong commercial mindset.
  • Ability to be extremely persuasive both internally and externally.
  • Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative as well as in a team.
  • Proficient knowledge of all Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and relevant software applications including Sales Force or equivalent CRM tool.
  • Flexible and able to travel to customers in the UK, Ireland, Europe, and Rest of the World.
