The Company:
Our client is a well-established, market leading business within the luxury goods market they are widely recognised as one of the best companies in their industry. Due to expansion, they are now looking for a bilingual or Multilingual Export Sales Coordinator to join their successful export sales team. Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Providing administration support, project and contract coordination prepare and follow through on quotations and sales orders according to specifications and requests using excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Setting up report listings for ongoing projects and updating their status regularly.
  • Assisting with international, multimarket contract projects.
  • Providing support and helping to coordinate new product and new seasonal product launches to international markets, ensuring that sales teams and customers are thoroughly briefed on new collections.
  • Traveling to assigned export markets; accompanying agents/distributors or solo visits to assigned territories and submitting reports following each trip.
  • After-sales follow-up and admin, organising future travels.
  • Assisting with major exhibitions and industry specific trade shows.
  • Providing key account management and customer relationships support, developing and pursuing leads from prospective customers whilst actively working with existing customers, nurturing relationships to generate and maximize sales.
  • Assisting with regular export market sales reports.
  • Following up on projects with cross functional teams, ensuring that project deadlines are met.
  • Assisting with transport costing and processing information into quotations and contract project offers.
  • Assisting with translating sales & marketing materials and other content.

The Person:
  • Based from our clients London office, this role will include some international travel.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have excellent English (written and spoken) and also be fluent in German (an additional European language or Arabic will be a distinct advantage).
  • Experience with branded consumer goods, design or high-end fashion/luxury goods.
  • Flair for design and colour.
  • Experience in export sales, international marketing or customer service.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to set priorities and follow through.
  • First class communicator and natural networker, proactive team player, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced busy environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Strong account management skills.
  • High level of computer literacy.
