We are delighted to be partnering with a leading professional services firm seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their highly respected team based in London.
My client is a very successful and rapidly growing professional services firm who have a people centric approach - both their team and their clients. They have an impressive portfolio of clients and are extremely well regarded in their space. The marketing team is high performing and works closely with senior stakeholders to act as trusted advisors and are given the space to own their expertise and be creative. This Marketing Manager role will play a key role in the day-to-day marketing for fee-earning teams and will manage and mentor junior team members. The successful candidate will have a highly commercial approach and a growth mindset, coupled with bags of creativity that will help to differentiate the firm from its competitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management of direct reports, ensuring their workload is balanced and supporting their professional growth.
- Provide strategic advice to Partners and Team Leaders to help them achieve their business and marketing goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and campaign plans from start to finish.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and target market segments.
- Offer expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, content marketing, and data analysis to stakeholders and team members.
- Collaborate with events, operations, PR, and design teams to create innovative and effective marketing campaigns and materials.
- Write, review, and edit compelling content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency with the firm's tone of voice.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach and credibility.
- Utilise the firm's data for marketing purposes, explore new data sources, and maintain a strong understanding of data protection principles.
- Manage marketing budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide detailed analysis to ensure budget adherence.
- Deliver regular performance reports to fee-earning teams and senior stakeholders, demonstrating marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
- Promote the capabilities and skills of the Marketing team internally to raise awareness and support.
Requirements:
- Experience in strategic marketing planning and budgeting.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns from conception to implementation and measurement.
- Ability to manage and develop others, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Experience with website CMS, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing analytics systems.
- Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience in a Professional Services firm (desirable).
