Marketing Technology Manager - FTC

If you're looking for the right next step, and want to work with a leading international law firm, this is an exciting time to join the Marketing Insights and Automation (MIA) team as they implement a new global Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform. This role will embed the platform across the UK and EMEA, standardise client relationship practices, and enhance the use of client insights. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the existing CRM (InterAction) and marketing platform (Vuture), collaborating with the MIA team in Australia to maintain data integrity, align databases, and ensure consistent processes. As the senior member of the MIA team in London, you will drive CRM engagement across the UK and EMEA, showcasing its value in strengthening client relationships and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global CRM Project: Ensure optimal data governance, manage data migration, and support change management by educating and assisting partners and staff.
  • Existing CRM Platform: Oversee database alignment and cleansing, lead upgrades for the UK and Europe, and maintain data integrity.
  • Marketing Platform & Stack: Develop email marketing activities, drive automation and personalisation, improve campaign scheduling, and enhance digital marketing communications.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize PowerBI to create global dashboards, produce ROI reports, and analyze marketing channel performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the London team, streamline processes, and present confidently to senior stakeholders.

Success in this role will be measured by the timely delivery of prioritised projects within the MIA team pipeline, fostering a data-driven culture, and receiving positive feedback from internal stakeholders and team members. Demonstrating the value of CRM to the business, successfully implementing new features across CRM and marketing platforms, and promoting the use of PowerBI reports for data-driven decision-making are also crucial. Additionally, being a constructive, respectful, and collaborative member of the Brand and Marketing team will be key indicators of success.
