The company provide specialist one-to-one tutoring which helps inspire children to discover a love for learning and reinforce their confidence when preparing and sitting exams.

The company are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop the marketing assets and drive sales through their channels. They are looking for someone who can bring performance experience in SEO, PPC, social media, with a little bit of design to the business, as they are looking to bring these functions in-house, so hands-on experience in these areas is essential.

You will be reporting directly to the Marketing Director and will be able to utilise the resources which are a result of the company's recent investment - a new CRM system and E-Commerce website. The marketing environment you will work in comprises of an 100k PPC budget, 50k annual print magazine spend for content market creation and networking opportunities at several shows and events annually.

In terms of personality, they are looking for a completer finisher with strong organisation skills. People who succeed in the organisation tend to be articulate, with excellent verbal and written communications, who enjoy rolling up their sleeves and getting involved in anything. This is an office-based role with a proud 'no-woke culture', no hybrid or remote working opportunities, so you must be a commutable distance to their central SW location.
