Our client, a publishing and events company, is looking to add a Sponsorship Sales Manager to their team.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of launching and selling new events, webinars, white papers, awards, and marketing-based campaigns across multiple industry sectors, including manufacturing, construction, supply-chain management, and energy. Leveraging established readership and client relationships, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of these new product offerings.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering fully remote working with travel to events and client meetings. The role offers a salary of £55,000-£65,000 plus uncapped commission.

The Person:

  • Proven track record of driving new business and consistently exceeding sales targets, ideally in the manufacturing, construction, or energy sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for active listening and addressing client needs.
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with business acumen, able to adapt to market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in selling event sponsorships, webinars, white papers, and awards, with the ability to optimise package deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Notion) and performance tracking.
