- Handle inbound email and telephone enquiries, creating records in the Company’s CRM (SalesForce), arrange meetings, diary management, conduct initial discovery meeting where applicable and provide product information to the customer
- Review and prioritise inbound opportunities
- Assist in building quotations
- Handle sales administration processes and maintain records in the Company’s CRM
- Liaise with clients during sales processes, onboarding and support
- Be responsible for midterm client contact to increase proactive account management service
- Organise and conduct various marketing activities including email campaigns, webinars, events
- Be the main point of contact for enquiries, demonstrations, sales and support
- Process orders and ensure payment of invoices
- Analyse and report on visitors
- Support with initial and ongoing competitor analysis
- Proven experience in a similar sales support role Experience liaising with customers to provide product information
- Customer facing, customer calls and attending events
- Experience with SalesForce or a similar CRM, although training will be provided
- Proficient at MS Office, Adobe PDF
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Good at building strong relationships with customers
