Client Relationship Coordinator £28,000 - £30,000London - hybrid A fantastic opportunity for a confident, proactive and driven candidate to join an established Professional Services organisation.You will provide comprehensive administration support, while optimizing client relationships and ensuring client retention and revenue opportunities are maximised. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your experience within a growing department. The Role:
  • Handle inbound email and telephone enquiries, creating records in the Company’s CRM (SalesForce), arrange meetings, diary management, conduct initial discovery meeting where applicable and provide product information to the customer
  • Review and prioritise inbound opportunities
  • Assist in building quotations
  • Handle sales administration processes and maintain records in the Company’s CRM
  • Liaise with clients during sales processes, onboarding and support
  • Be responsible for midterm client contact to increase proactive account management service
  • Organise and conduct various marketing activities including email campaigns, webinars, events
  • Be the main point of contact for enquiries, demonstrations, sales and support
  • Process orders and ensure payment of invoices
  • Analyse and report on visitors
  • Support with initial and ongoing competitor analysis
Essential skills and experience:
  • Proven experience in a similar sales support role Experience liaising with customers to provide product information
  • Customer facing, customer calls and attending events
  • Experience with SalesForce or a similar CRM, although training will be provided
  • Proficient at MS Office, Adobe PDF
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Good at building strong relationships with customers
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Project management
  • Detail orientated
  • Good commercial awareness
