Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Lead to join a dynamic team. You will be responsible for defining the creative direction of the brand, working within the brand guidelines to deliver consumer sentiment in campaigns whilst bringing ideas on how the brand presents itself.

Description

  • Lead the conceptualisation and execution of compelling marketing campaigns that align with the brand identity and business objectives
  • Manage and inspire a team of 2 (1 x designer and 1 x copywriter) fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Ensure all creative outputs maintain a cohesive look and feel, adhering to brand guidelines and delivering a premium aesthetic across all channels
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to develop creative strategies that drive customer engagement and sales growth
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform creative strategies and maintain a competitive edge

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the luxury retail, interiors or home furnishings sector
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative professionals
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite
