Responsibilities- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner- Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic.- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person- Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially- To review the weekly update databases regarding consultations
QualificationsClinical knowledge requirement: a conversational level of knowledge regarding cataract surgery, laser refractive surgery, cosmetic eyelid surgery, dry eye.
