As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our school. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operation of our Management Information System (MIS), overseeing financial processes, and maintaining compliance with safeguarding requirements.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the school's MIS, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • Oversee financial administration, including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate and support administrative staff, ensuring effective office operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies to support school operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including safeguarding and data protection.
  • Assist with the preparation and management of school events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Experience with [specific MIS software, e.g., SIMS, Arbor].
  • Proficiency in financial administration and budget management.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS check (required).

Desirable:

  • Relevant qualifications in administration or finance
