We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced General Manager. If you are an outgoing, ambitious, and enthusiastic general manager, with strong people skills, high standards and a true passion for good food, then we are looking for you!

We are a company with 30 years experience serving plant-based food and drink with a big vision for the future. Currently our eight London restaurants, each unique in style & personality all wow our guests with our internationally inspired plant-based menus all in a welcoming, friendly, and lively environment.

  • Business Understanding: Knowledge of budgets, KPIs, and P&L.
  • Tech-Savvy: Competent with Microsoft Office software.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to Health and Food Safety procedures.
  • Fluent in English: Communicate confidently with a strong command of the English language.
  • Work Eligibility: Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Eager to Learn and Grow: We want you to develop and progress with us!
  • Experience Preferred: 1-2 years of restaurant management experience is preferable.
