We pride ourselves on offering delicious, seasonal food, a warm and welcoming environment, and hosting everything from local gatherings to large-scale events, including weddings and private functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a passionate team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring high standards in food quality, service, and ambiance.
  • Drive sales by growing our events and wedding business, utilizing your creativity and organizational skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our loyal local clientele while attracting new customers.
  • Maintain strong financial controls, overseeing budgets, stock, and payroll to meet targets

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a management role within hospitality, ideally in a gastro pub or event-focused venue.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on approach.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional food and memorable experiences.
  • Experience managing events, weddings, or private functions is a huge plus.
  • A positive, community-focused attitude and the ability to create a welcoming environment.
