Fantastic opportunity for a luxury level B2B Sales Consultant to join this growing Art Agency Part time - 3 days per week (Mondays essential) - hybrid role, but travel to London office also required; occasional evening work (events)

12 month fixed term contract covering for maternity- could be a possibility of becoming full time permanent

Our client project manage large deals, primarily with the luxury hospitality & hotel industries across over 20 countries

You will be of graduate calibre & have a proven track record in B2B sales which you must be able to demonstrate with stats/metrics; you don’t necessarily need to come from the Art industry (although a passion is required) but if you have worked with luxury hospitality, luxury hotels, interior design, high end residential sectors etc this would be preferred!

You will ideally have some of your own networks & leads; you will be given some projects to look after but you need to be exceptional at new business development & self-sourcing, and have the ability to close large deals

There is also a project management element to the role as some deals can take anything from 3 months to 18 months & will involve both rental & sales of the artwork

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure personal sales/financial targets are met/exceeded on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Oversight and ultimate responsibility for client relationships across sectors.
  • Trouble-shooting, client management support and strategy on key client accounts across all sectors.
  • Regular reporting to the Board on performance and key department metrics and KPIs.
  • Overseeing the continued growth and development of the Sales department.
  • Overseeing special projects and entry to new markets where relevant.
  • Oversight and management of large-scale sales lifecycles ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and with a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Networking, new business development and closing deals across key sectors: hospitality and workplace
  • Assist Consultants across all sectors with advice, guidance and trouble-shooting on projects of all natures.
  • Assist in the development of all RFPs, maintaining company standards and ensuring key deadlines for major projects and clients are met.
  • Work with the CEO to manage any specific or major issues with proactive and transparent communication at all times.
  • Regular reporting to Sales team on against key metrics and KPIs: progress against monthly/quarterly/annual targets; progress against personal goals and actions
  • Events and networking - be an ambassador at real estate and hospitality sector events (evenings)

Required Experience:

  • Strong experience in B2B sales, ideally in the art, hospitality, hotels or design industry.
  • Experience of managing complex projects across the full sales lifecycle.
  • Experience of closing significant deals across various sectors.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed financial revenue targets.
  • Strong project management skills to manage deals from end to end.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent client servicing skills with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • A network and experience in the hospitality, interior design or high-end residential sectors is desirable.

Pro-rata basic salary: £50-60K, with pro rata OTE of £40-60K on top - please note - the advert states the potential earnings if it were a full time role so you need to pro rata down for 3 days
