Description
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients across distributors and direct international retail relationships.
- Oversee the sales performance of key accounts, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer service and satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales trends.
- Manage contract negotiations with key accounts.
- Stay updated on retail industry trends and developments.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Profile
A successful Export BDE should have:
- A desire to hunt for and win new business.
- Experience in business development, with an FMCG background.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel internationally 3-4 times a year.
- Additional language skills a bonus.
