Role Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to spend time based with the customer at their head office in London, focusing on in-store planning and representing the company in an implant role with customer teams for two days a week. It also provides genuine growth potential, enabling you to work with a successful, expanding business while becoming a key contact for a highly regarded retailer.

Junior Commercial and Account Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to assist in managing and developingcustomer relationships
  • Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Support customer sales objectives and contribute to growth initiatives
  • Coordinate with customer teams across various areas, including communication of technical issues
  • Provide sales, volume, pricing, and margin data as needed
  • Continuously maintain up to date knowledge of the market sector, focusing on consumer trends, competitor activities, and product lines

Junior Commercial and Account Manager Key Requirements

  • Experience in the Fresh Produce, Fresh Food, or FMCG sectors
  • Previous customer communications, with an understanding of retail customer expectations (advantageous)
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to adapt to the fast-paced dynamics of FMCG
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, both internally and externally
  • Confident in communicating with stakeholders in a professional and positive manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong data and project management skills

Hours:Monday - Friday
Salary:Up to 35k + Bonus + Company Benefits

*This position will be based in London with the customer for two days a week, with the flexibility to be either London-based or Kent-based for the remaining three days.
