Qualifications and Skills:

  • HNC, ONC, or equivalent qualification in a related discipline.
  • Subcontractor management experience.

Desirable:

  • IWFM Level 3-4 Diploma.
  • Knowledge of NEC3 contract suite.
  • HND in a Built Environment discipline.
  • Experience in remote or developing regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the on-site representative, overseeing Total FM services.
  • Provide technical guidance for engineering tasks and problem-solving.
  • Manage and maintain data systems like Maximo.
  • Plan and staff site maintenance to meet contractual KPIs.
  • Ensure timely completion of subcontracted tasks.
  • Attend and document client meetings.
  • Monitor health and safety compliance on-site.
  • Conduct performance reviews for FMO operations staff.
