Qualifications and Skills:

HNC, ONC, or equivalent qualification in a related discipline.
Subcontractor management experience.

Desirable:

IWFM Level 3-4 Diploma.
Knowledge of NEC3 contract suite.
HND in a Built Environment discipline.
Experience in remote or developing regions.

Responsibilities:

Act as the on-site representative, overseeing Total FM services.
Provide technical guidance for engineering tasks and problem-solving.
Manage and maintain data systems like Maximo.
Plan and staff site maintenance to meet contractual KPIs.
Ensure timely completion of subcontracted tasks.
Attend and document client meetings.
Monitor health and safety compliance on-site.
Conduct performance reviews for FMO operations staff.
