Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide a team of maintenance specialists to deliver top-quality service.
• Act as the point of contact for complex maintenance queries and provide expert solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess standards, resolve advanced issues, and maintain compliance.
• Ensure maintenance work meets client expectations, adhering to industry best practices.
• Prepare detailed records, safety documents, and coordinate with external contractors as required.
• Assist with project proposals, budgets, and schedules while enforcing safety protocols.
• Be ready and willing to handle tasks personally when the situation calls for it.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance to oversee the smooth operation of multiple premises in central London. This role ensures all locations remain safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant for staff and visitors. Responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, supervising repairs, and coordinating with contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance activities across multiple sites, handling routine tasks and contractor-managed projects.
• Oversee building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security) for all premises.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sustainability, reducing costs and environmental impact.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
• Train staff in health and safety policies and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies, resolving issues efficiently and cost-effectively.
