- Supporting with the delivery of L&D strategies across multiple levels.
- Assisting with LMS reporting, identifying training needs on an individual basis, supporting with skills gaps and learning requirements.
- Working with subject matter experts on external training needs.
- Acting as the super user for the LMS to train line managers.
- Delivering and coordinating training courses across the business, as well as events.
- Responsible for all aspects of training course logistics, working with the external provider.
- Ensuring the LMS is kept up to date with content, delivering reports as directed.
- Stay updated with L&D industry trends and regulations and changes.
- 2 years’ experience delivering L&D strategies across the business
- Exposure using an LMS to deliver training needs
- Strong network with external training providers
- Effective relationship and communication skills
- Strong project management
- Excellent attention to detail
