About the job:
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our sales team. You will work closely with sales leadership to identify training needs, create engaging training materials, and deliver impactful training and coaching sessions. Your goal is to ensure our sales team is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve their targets and contribute to the firm's growth.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant and/or Sales Trainer within the recruitment industry, preferably with experience of 360 contingent recruitment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
